Hi Peter,

Wonderful report and I shall keep reading it every day.  Great walk last night and first time I have gone in and out of the door first!!!!  I am about to order books and the backpack. Cant wait and so looking forward to the bike!

Again I am so happy to have met you!  My Mum was so happy and excited and could not go back to sleep!  I knew when I found your website that this was good fortune and said to my Mum I had a feeling there was something special about you...I know my email does not reflect it however I am still amazed overjoyed and kinda speechless - yesterday was a special day in our buddhist calendar - a really special day!

My very best to you and Jean and I will keep in touch without a doubt.  My Mum absolutely loves you and says you are always welcome here to chat about days gone by - and have a cup of tea.

Have a wonderful weekend,

Hi Peter
Hope you are all okay. I just had to email you with an update on Honey. We attend a dog club in Coney Hall, we do things like agility, tricks, scenting etc. Since Christmas we had been learning a routine to music which involved the dogs marching to music, staying, twirls and down stays etc. We did the routine on the Bank Holiday in May at a Fete and last Saturday at a Jubilee Fete in a park in Coney Hall. (off I went complete with plenty of chicken titbits). The arena we were in was right next to the funfair. There were noisy kids & lots of noise. I thought of you, kept calm and on we went. We had 12 dogs lying down whilst we walked away, formed a square & we walked around and through all the dogs including Honey who stayed in position until we returned to her. Who would have thought prior to your visit that we would even have attempted to do such a thing. You have given me the confidence to take Honey anywhere with me and enjoy her so much. She really is a star - THANKS TO YOU .

Hi Peter...

Great to see you the other weekend....and thank you for your time and effort. I got your report last week, which is a great summary.

The headlines so far.  Frankie is doing the long walks great...and quite right....there are times before I take him out that he needs calming down, or if not...the walk becomes the old battle.

We still get the meerkat routine and barking with a few dogs.....but that is now in a minority, as opposed to majority.......

His eating is now the best it has ever been......His bowls are consistantly empty for the first time ever......

Fabulous stuff, and will probably get better in the future.

The little fellow has a lot of energy in him!! But, what a difference in just over a week!!!

Keep in touch...

Hi Peter,
Thanks so much for the report we have already started changes as soon as you left us.  We have ordered Teddy and Sadie new leads, I felt more in control with the lead you used and they should be with us really soon.  Worked hard on getting Teddy calm this morning before he went for his walk, it did take me half an hour though, but I was not giving up and got there in the end.  They did respond quicker when Mark took them out last night, I just need more practice.  I do feel more confident with him and I owe that to you, understanding how my feelings affect Teddy and Sadie and this was a real eye opener and I understand how they will feel my emotions.  We really enjoyed our time together learning lots of new and positive ways to help Teddy and ourselves.  Thanks again and we will continue to keep updated on his progress.

Thanks again

Good morning Peter
Firstly, I cannot thank you enough for your brilliant tuition on Saturday.  The techniques that you showed me and Jess were superb – Ernie is transforming before our very eyes!  Being a pack leader to Ernie is so obviously very critical to his well being and that was the outcome we were looking for.  I cannot still quite believe how much progress was made with Ernie’s fear of walking on the lead on Saturday!  Your techniques are amazing and work brilliantly!  I have since taken him on several walks (+ the dog park) and my confidence is high.  I feel I can lead Ernie exactly as he needs and the rewards are clear to see. I am being positive around other dogs and my caution is slipping away.
The 4 hours you were with us on Saturday far surpassed my expectations.  The lesson you gave on ensuring calm and balance in yourself will transfer to your dog was a real eye opener and so obviously what is needed on a daily basis. Your report is fantastic – everything myself and my family need to work on with Ernie and will come naturally to us. They were very impressed with your report too and we are all now committed to working through it diligently so we are all “singing from the same hymn sheet” when it comes to Ernie.  He really is a beautiful little boy with a great personality – and we love him to bits (remembering when to give affection too). I will most certainly be recommending your fantastic services to anyone I meet who has an issue with their dog.  Once again Peter, thank you so much – and good luck with your plans in Spain.  I know you will achieve what you want over there.
Have a great rest of the summer!
Very best wishes

UPDATE!

Hi Peter
Hope you are well!
Update!  I took Ernie to the park on my own last night – first time!  Previously, either me and my husband or one of my sons had taken him as I felt more comfortable in the park with another adult.  But last night I went for it.  I took Ernie for a half hour brisk walk and then into the park, he played with a massive staffie called Tyson!  The owner said Tyson was a big softie, I must get this stereotype of staffies out of my head.  Then Ernie met 2 springer spaniels, a cross-breed large dog and a westie.  We went into the dog park closed off bit and Ernie was in doggie heaven.  He still won’t come to me when I call him if he is engrossed with other dogs.  But he does come when I call him if we are in the large part of the park and he is just sniffing around.  I treat him when he comes back to me every time, and have had great success at home with recall.  He always comes when I call him from another part of the house, except in the morning.  He is not a “morning person”!!  He takes ages to rouse himself from his sleeping place when I come down stairs and I can have been up for 10 minutes before he puts in an appearance.  So I need to work on that too.  His walking on the lead is superb, he always walks next to me and waits while standing at the edge of each road while I check to see its safe to cross.  I am also making sure I use 10 mins twice a day to sit quietly with my eyes closed, it really does clear the mind you are absolutely right!  My family are all using the same techniques with Ernie and so are the son’s girlfriends who had a tendency to treat Ernie like a baby.  Not any more – I have banned that!  We are over the moon with our new education -  the transformation so far is astonishing.  Anyway Peter, you have a great day – and best wishes to your pack!

Kind regards,

Sandra

Hi Peter
"just like to say a big thankyou to you Peter, you changed so much in just a few hours , my way of thinking, Sarah-Jane's and Freds , so thank you . by the way your dogs are gorgeous "

Hi Peter, thanks for the report.
I have actually, honestly, had the calmest weekend for a LONG time.  From the second you left on Friday we carried on with what you had recommended.  Diego and Fabio have not had a single scuffle, they have had their 'moments' but we have diffused the situation quickly as you showed us.  The walks have gone well, although Enzo is coming with me for the moment just until I feel confident enough to walk them on my own.  We had family around today and they could not believe how laid back things were with the dogs.  My dad said he hadn't seen me so happy in a while!  We both feel 100% more positive about the situation now.
We will continue to enforce everything we learnt from you on Friday and look forward to seeing the changes - I will keep you posted on the situation.
Thank you so much for your valuable advice.

Hi Peter
Thank you for your email.
You will be pleased to know that we have been taking on board what you explained to us on Saturday and already we can see an improvement in Fred!
Obviously we know we still have a long way to go, but we are moving forward with our efforts and want to thank you for helping us get on track.
We both really enjoyed the time you spent with us and it was lovely to meet someone who is as passionate about their animals as we are.
We have ordered the books you recommended and are already reaping the benefits of meditation!
We will keep you posted with Fred's progress.
Thanks again and wish you all the best with your ventures in Spain.

Kind Regards,

Carol & Sarah-Jane Webb

Thanks Peter, the change has been amazing, I cannot believe how good she is now. Yes still barks at TV but I sort that very quickly, also get barking in the garden, which is not as much as before and again she stops when I go out. Thank you so much for this..

Just want to say that I had Peter Singh to help me with my dog and can recommend him highly - if your dog has unreasonable behaviour - ripping things, constant barking in the garden - then he is your man ! Massively impressed with how he dealt with my situation which was constant barking and jumping at TV when animals were on and also pulling hard on lead when out walking. Immediate improvement..

Danielle Fox Hear, hear. I have never met someone so in tune with dogs or who cares more about them (esp the abandoned ones) than Peter. Not only a good friend, I would recommend him professionally without hesitation to anyone.

Thanks Peter for your time and for your valuable insights. it was a pleasure having you here and we feel we understand Sean better now. We'll review the report, practice your recommendation and contact you if necessary.
Thanks again,

Thank you Peter.  Everything you say has had meaning to me which is what counts.  I meditated for half an hour today and I was able to acknowledge that I did well even before I saw your report.  The main thing I felt back in touch with is how much I love my dogs (especially Roman)  and want to do the best for them.
Both of my boys were keen to know what I learnt from you,  so communication in the house will change I think.
I will let you know how I get on;  but am for the first time in many many months looking forward to tomorrow's walk.
Regards Bernadette Katchoff
PS dont forget to thank Lola for helping and let me know how they like the natural treats.

Hi Peter,
I hope you and your Family are well.
I just wanted to let you know how Roman and Bailey were getting on following your visit and report.
You'll be pleased to know I followed all the advice in your report and now have two very contented dogs and a much calmer me!
We have had no destruction from Roman when he's been left alone since your visit even when we've taken Bailey out and left Roman at home.
Bailey is a joy to own, he's very calm and we have no chewing and when he has something that we don't want him to have in his mouth he freely gives it up when asked to leave.
He walks by our side and doesn't pull on the lead.
He's always calm when people visit and doesn't jump up.
So many people can't believe he's only 14 weeks.
So thank you for your valuable advice, however I can't help but tell people about you and wish everybody had to take your advice before owning a dog!
Good luck with your work in Spain.
Kind Regards
Sarah Canvin

Hi Peter
I just wanted to say a massive thank you for your time yesterday, for the report and for your invitation to attend the seminar.
It was an absolute pleasure to meet you and talk – your advice was invaluable and I felt elated when you left – whether you knew it or not, you boosted my confidence and I felt a better person for being in your company.
Thank you (such small words for such a huge message I want to convey).
I’ve will ask Steve to accompany me to your 2 courses in November as he said I was ‘lit up’ last night and was really interested in what I relayed to him from our conversations.  I would love you two to meet and also for him to benefit from learning and hearing all about you, your work and the way forward for us all.
Best wishes and I’ll email you/speak to you very soon.

Second message from Alsion, two days later:

Afternoon Pete, hope you, your wife and the dogs are all good.
Everything going brilliantly here and I’ve downloaded your book recommendations to my Kindle, so am looking forward to snuggling down for a good read.  I thought your report was so inciteful and I’m working hard on implementing.
Things are brilliant here, with Tao just frankly astounding me every day.  She’s been dry during the night now since Tuesday, although going into the garden first thing in the morning is being worked on !
She had her second journey on a tram yesterday – I let 4 go passed until I felt she was calm enough to get on one.  We’ve been going to the tram stop every day since I got her and watching them go by to ensure she is familiar with the noise and traffic of people.  We’ve previously been 1 or 2 stops and then got off and walked back, and then yesterday and she went 5 stops before we got off.
I had to leave her for the first time this morning, and did so for  ½ hour – I’ve been practising closing the interconnecting door from the kitchen to the main house with her on one side and me doing my thing in the house, and she is very calm, hence my decision today to go out.   I left her in a totally calm state and returned to an equally calm state !   I didn’t show it, but I wanted to dance around and do the loop the loop!
Calm is my mantra all day long and I certainly see her relaxing and its doing me the power of good !  I’ll be so laid back soon I’ll be horizontal!

"Peter, thank you for a wonderful morning. You have uncomplicated a situation that I had made complicated all by myself ! If every person that owned a dog (and all the poor souls that don't) could meet you, the world would be a happier and calmer place. From Rocky, Peewee Pip and me,

"Just to let you know all 3 dogs are getting along just fine! All playing in the mud together and bringing it joyfully into the house. I can't thank you enough.

"Anybody having problems with their dogs, integrating a puppy or rescue with existing dog family please look at Peter Singh page. This man can work miracles and I highly recommend him for a home visit."
THANK YOU x" Lynne Driscoll

Hi Peter,
A massive thank you from me and Cassie for your time this afternoon. Everything we talked through is hugely helpful and I'm feeling more confident already. I need to take the time to read through and digest your report, and I may well be back to you with questions. It's great to know you are still on-hand for advice.
The walk we had after you left was the best in ages!
Many thanks again, and I will keep you posted on progress. I just need to get my dad in order now as he rewards her for all the wrong behaviours!
Have a great Christmas.
Kind regards,
Simon Hickie

Hi Peter
Thank you very much for all your advice and the report. We have increased Stilton's excercise today with lots of her energy being drained in the garden for now because of the bad weather. She also had a long lead walk in the park this evening. It has worked much better, although still lots to be done. She has remained calmer througout the day, with only a few moments of high levels of excitement and was corrected straight away and i think she is starting to get the message; however obviously not going to be a magical cure overnight and some days are going to be more troublesome than others. we are very pleased with the success today.
Thank you very much we will keep you updated on our progress

Hello Peter,
Thank you for the extensive report on our guidance for Wilson, it makes so much sense now.  We really were fascinated by your visit Saturday, Mike and I felt really able to understand that our nervous energies were so apparent to Wilson, and as you said it is not rocket science just small practical changes to do the very best for him and us.  I went to bed for the first time for a long  time not worrying.  I know its going to be alright.
I ordered 4 books via your link, and they have been dispatched already and have started meditating, that is going to be a work in progress but then meditating is.  We began straight away with the things you showed us, and waiting until he was calm to put the lead on was so different already. I cooked chicken and sausage as his top quality treats, Wilson was well happy with that.
Mike is away working from tomorrow until the weekend so Wilson is all mine, I am sticking to the plan, and calmly going to enjoy our walks and look forward to them as a positiive bonding between us. We love him so much.
We shall be thinking of you as your exciting life changes develop, and we are certain we will be seeing more of you and great things to come.  Good Luck to you.
Thank you again for saturday it was truly inspiring.
best

UPDATE EMAIL

Hello Peter,

How are you?  just to update you on Wilsons progress, or rather OUR progress with Wilson.  It has been a couple of weeks now, and we have implemented all your suggestions from the word go.  The books arrived and have been read, and absorbed, and taken on board.  We have Wilson calm before every walk, and I was calling him back on lead at the park for a tasty treat (bacon, chicken & cheese). He soon got the hang of that! sometimes I would just give him a word of praise.  This week I started letting him off briefly, havening a play and calling him back, varying it.  He came back every time-even if he found a play object ie, plastic water bottle.  Then I have been letting him off longer, and he has been coming back immedialtley every time. As we get to the park and he jumps from the car, he is calm and relaxed, and it is so much better-I am really relaxed with him, and my mediation is paying off.  In fact I am so ' in the moment' I feel so sure he will not repeat the loooooooooong stand-offs again.  But even if he does I shall know how to deal with it.  It is an absolute pleasure to take him out now, he is so much less anxious.

Also, I looked into his diet.  He no longer has processed Kibble crap (only word for it) that he has had since a puppy-he is now on Honeys Raw Dog Food, which is what dogs SHOULD eat in the wild, he has been on it a week, and is a different dog.  I fast him once a week as well, and he has bones every 2/3 days.  I also read up on dogs anatomy, eating, & their wild living, and why they do what they do...........its been a revelation. He also has no toys around now, I give him his favourite now and again as a treat.

I am feeling so much better myself, and even when Mike was away recently I was not anxious as to how Wilson would behave, so that obviously transmitted to him.  We cannot thank you enough, and will keep you up to date on Wilson, but the biggest change is in us (bet your not suprised to read that!!).

regards

Ingrid Riches.

Thank you so so much Peter. This is brilliant. You explained
everything so well and it all makes perfect sense. We have implemented
the changes that we can so far and will layer in the rest as quickly
as we can. It is truly a huge relief to have such a clear structure
for moving forward. It has helped to make me feel much more positive.
Our very best wishes to you.
Liz Schofield

Bless you Peter all is going well. Already things seem to be more
positive: Lola seems to want the leadership you have taught us and
which she deserves. Have even managed to stop her barking at the
vacuum cleaner, one of her daftest enemies. I have talked about your
visit with groups in school because it was so inspirational. Do let me
know if there is anything I can do to promote your philosophy. So many
thanks again you are a legend.
Liz, Paul and Miss LoLa Schofield x

Hi Peter,
Thanks for the email/report!
I will look at the books on your site, we will also try to discipline ourselves with the meditation. Mya has been a star when out on walks & we have even ventured into the woods, she was very well behaved & had a wonderful adventure. I shall print off the report & we’ll all have a read of it so that we are all working on the same lines.
Anyway I hope your pack didn’t miss you too much, speak again soon.
Thanks & regards
Linda Henderson
